Identity Verification (KYC)

Jilebd follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security and prevent fraud. You may be asked to provide a National ID, passport, or other government-issued identification before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide the required information within the specified timeframe may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You must access our services from a country or region where online betting is not legally prohibited.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be subject to investigation.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
